Return Policy

Returns:

BRELLI accepts returns within 30 days of purchase.  All merchandise must be in original packaging in new condition with all tags and product information attached.  There is a 25% restocking fee for all returns.

Be sure to include your contact information along with the return and we strongly recommend that you have a tracking number in case we need to confirm delivery.

Funds will be refunded to your original credit card used for purchase within 7 business days of receiving the return.

BRELLI does not send call tags for returns.

Exchanges:

BRELLI accepts exchanges within 30 days of purchase.   We will wave the 25% restocking fee for exchanges.

Lost Shipments:

If your products do not arrive in 21 business days from the date that you placed your order, please contact us. We will track your package and if it was not delivered or lost in shipping we will send a replacement.

International customers:

Please note that USPS will not process VAT and you may need to pay an additional fee to clear customs. BRELLI does not have information on the individual charges per country. Please check with your local customs office for details. If you would like to find a local retailer, please contact us and we will provide contact information to a store or distributor in your local area.

Replacement Policy:

Your BRELLI was made by hand and there will be some minor variations in each BRELLI. This adds to the beauty and charm of our products and, because no two BRELLIs are 100% alike, you can be sure that yours is unique, just like you!

We make every effort to make sure that your BRELLI is made to be perfect, but if you find that for some reason your BRELLI does not function as promised, we will send a replacement. Contact our customer service team with information about the problem and take photos if possible. Please note that we offer new designs and discontinue products all the time, so if your style is discontinued, we will issue a credit to be used towards a current style.

Damaged shipments:

If your BRELLI was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 days and take a photo of the box.  We insure most shipments and will file a claim on your behalf.  We will also send out the replacement ASAP.
