TIPS for
your brand new BRELLI
The Brelli is the World's first 100% biodegradable umbrella.
The
Brelli is handmade from bamboo (a renewable resource) and bio-plastic.
It is truly degradable in conditional landfill environments.
When you
open your Brelli for the first time, open it gently, to make sure the
spokes are separating and not sticking together.
The Brelli will last as long as you take care of it
and it when it doesn't...
it's disposable with no harm to our EARTH... on purpose!
Most of all
have fun with your Brelli!
RETURN POLICY
If you're unhappy with your Brelli for any reason, just send it back
to us and we'll refund the purchase price or replace the item. It's
that simple.
Please note that all returns must include the original receipt, and
must be shipped to us within fourteen days from delivery. Please also
let us know the reason for the return... was your Brelli damaged in
shipping? Is it somehow faulty? Did we send you the wrong size Brelli?
Or do you simply not like it?
If your Brelli arrived damaged or we have made a shipping error, we
will gladly refund your return shipping costs and replace your Brelli
free of charge. If you are returning your Brelli for any other reason,
please ensure that the Brelli is returned to us in resalable condition
and everything that was in the box remains in the box.

Upon receipt of your package, we'll send a
confirmation to your email address. Please allow 3 weeks for your
refund or exchange to be processed.
