How to Care for Your BRELLI

When you open your BRELLI for the first time...

Be sure to separate the spokes by hand. The bio film can stick together, and it is best to open your BRELLI gently for the first time.

After the Rain

Let your BRELLI dry in the open position if possible. If not, simply put it into the carrying case, which is breathable and your BRELLI will dry on its own.

Storage

Keep your BRELLI in its carrying case when not in use.

Cleaning

Wipe the canopy with a soft damp cloth if needed. Please be careful with some chemicals, no ammonia products can be used on your BRELLI, as they will cause a slight haze to appear on the BRELLIXⓇ Film. Plain water will clean off most stains and keep your BRELLI beautiful.

To remove stains from the bamboo, use a 1:1 mixture of white vinegar and water. You can spray this solution on with a spray bottle or use a soft cloth.

If you need to wash the carrying case, use cold water without bleach, and lay flat to dry. Turn inside out to iron the carrying case.

Temperature

It is best to use your BRELLI in temperatures between 32 and 100 degrees Fahrenheit (0-37.7 degrees Celsius). The BRELLIXR plastic has been tested to have a melting point up to 250 degrees Fahrenheit. In extreme cold temperatures, the BRELLI canopy can lose elasticity, becoming brittle. In this case, it should be allowed to warm to room temperature before opening it again... this will ensure no damage is done to the canopy's plastic.

Sun Protection

The UV sun protection is integrated in the canopy's plastic. it is not a coating that can wear off with time and usage. which makes it the perfect UV umbrella. There are no special care instructions to ensure BRELLI's sun protection. You are protected from 99% of UVA/UVB rays while under the shadow of the BRELLI's canopy.
