BRELLI accepts returns within 30 days of purchase. All merchandise must be in original packaging in new condition with all tags and product information attached. Returned merchandise should be sent to the following address:

Be sure to include your contact information along with your return.

We strongly recommend; when you ship your return back to us you get a tracking number (in case we need to track your return).

When we receive your return; a credit in the form of a check will be issued for the purchase less 25% within 7 business days of receiving the return.

You are responsible for the shipping costs to return your BRELLI. BRELLI does not issue call tags for returns.


BRELLI accepts exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

To exchange your BRELLI for another size or color, please contact our customer service department at 212-838-8384 or email us at info@thebrelli.com.

You are responsible for the shipping cost back and forth for your exchanged BRELLI.

Once you provide your cc information for the shipping cost to you, and we have received your original BRELLI, we will send the BRELLI of your choice out to you as soon as possible.

Please ship your returned BRELLI (for an exchange) to the following address (and be sure to always get a tracking number).

Lost Shipments:

If your order does not arrive within 14 business days from the date we shipped your order, please contact info@thebrelli.com as soon as possible. We will track your package, and if your shipment was lost we will send a replacement to you by the next business day. We are not responsible for packages left at your door without a signature. If this is a concern, please add on the comment line; SIGNATURE REQUIRED.

Approximate Shipping times:
•To East Coast: 5 -8 business days
•Mid-West: 6-10 business days
•West Coast/Canada: 10-14 business days

International Customers:

Please note there maybe additional costs such as VAT charges, taxes and duties, so therefore you may need to pay an additional fee to clear customs. If your purchase is a "GIFT"; please write "Gift" in the comment section of your order and we will mark your order "GIFT". When an order is marked as a gift, usually the country of destination will waive certain vat, duty and tax charges. BRELLI does not have any VAT, tax or duty information for an individual country. Please check with your local customs office for details.

If you would like to find a local retailer, please let us know, and if we have a retailer in your country we will provide you with their contact information.

Warranty/Replacement Policy:

If your BRELLI is damaged from reasonable use, we will replace your BRELLI at no cost to you within 30 days of purchase. You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning your damaged BRELLI to the warehouse for a replacement.  

Your BRELLI is handmade with great care. There will be some minor variations in each BRELLI (a little bit like a fingerprint). This adds to the beauty and uniqueness of our BRELLIS. We make every effort to make sure that your BRELLI is made to the highest quality standards.

After 30 days and up to 12 months of purchasing your BRELLI we will replace your damaged BRELLI for 50% of the value of a new BRELLI. You are also responsible for the shipping cost for this replacement.

Please take photos of your BRELLI problem, and forward them to customer service; info@thebrelli.com.

Please note; at times we may have discontinued a style that you currently own and may want replaced, if this should be the case we will issue you a credit that can be used towards a style that is in stock.

Damaged Shipments:

If your BRELLI was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Before you discard the shipping box take a photo and please forward the photos to our office; info@thebrelli.com. We will send out your replacement ASAP.
